Do I need a website to use Bio Hub?
Yes — you install Bio Hub on your own WordPress site (a fresh install works fine). There's no separate account to create; your page runs on infrastructure you already control.
Is this the same as other link-in-bio tools?
The idea's the same — one page, all your links. The model isn't. Most tools host you on their own subdomain and keep a cut of anything you sell until you're on their priciest plan. Bio Hub lives on your domain from Basic, and the commission drops to zero the moment you hit Starter.
Is a custom domain really included on Basic?
Yes — day one, no upsell required. You'll need to already own the domain through any registrar; we just point it at your page.
Do you take a cut of what I sell, or does the money pass through you first?
Neither, from Starter up. Connect Stripe, PayPal, or a regional gateway and every payment lands directly in your account — we never touch it, so there's nothing for us to take a cut of.
Is this a one-time payment, and what happens if I cancel?
It renews annually at the price you signed up at. Cancel any time from your account and it simply won't renew — you keep access through the end of the term you already paid for.
Can I upgrade later?
Any time — move up a tier and you're only billed the difference for what's left on your current term.
