Bio Hub Terms of Service
1. Who these Terms are between
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Cynosure Infotech ("we", "us", "our"). LynkTrails is a product of Cynosure Infotech — the operator of the LynkTrails link management platform and the LynkTrails Bio Hub link-in-bio product (together, the "Service"). We are based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and these Terms are governed by Indian law as set out in Section 14.
By purchasing, installing, activating a license for, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
LynkTrails — link shortening, tracking, analytics, and related tools, delivered as a self-hosted WordPress plugin ("LynkTrails Server") that you install on your own WordPress site, together with a license that unlocks features according to your plan.
LynkTrails Bio Hub — a link-in-bio page builder plugin ("Bio Hub") that you install on your own WordPress site (or a client's), which connects to a LynkTrails Server license to unlock premium themes, layouts, templates, commerce, and analytics features.
Both products are licensed software, not a hosted account with us, except where you specifically choose a feature that stores or serves data from our infrastructure (for example, choosing "Host on Server" for a Bio Hub page, or the operator-side Bio Hub console).
3. License grant
Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Service on the number of sites/domains and for the usage limits specified by your plan or license key. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
Reselling, redistributing, or sharing your license key so that it activates the Service on sites you do not own or operate on behalf of a paying client is not permitted, except through our own published Agency or Reseller programs, which are governed by separate terms specific to those programs.
4. Accounts, licenses, and activation
You are responsible for keeping your license key and any API credentials confidential. A license may be tied to a specific site URL, usage tier, or seat count; using it outside those bounds may cause features to be disabled without notice. We may verify your license periodically. If verification fails (expiration, cancellation, refund, or breach of these Terms), premium features may be disabled — an existing published page you already created is not deleted or taken offline on your own domain solely because a license lapses; server-hosted pages and premium features are the parts affected.
5. Payments, billing, and taxes
Fees are as stated at the time of purchase, on our site or on the marketplace (JVZoo, LaunchpadJV, or other authorized reseller) through which you bought the license. Recurring plans, where offered, renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase other than taxes on our own income. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
6. Your content and your customers' data
You own your content. Pages, links, templates, and settings you create using the Service remain yours. You are the data controller for your own visitors and customers — where the Service collects data on your behalf from people who visit your pages or click your links, you are responsible for telling those visitors what you collect and why, and for complying with the privacy laws that apply to you and your visitors. We process that data as described in our Privacy Policy in order to provide the Service to you.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right; distribute malware or run phishing pages; host or link to content illegal in India or your visitors' jurisdiction; circumvent license enforcement or usage limits; or abuse third-party integrations (payment gateways, Google AdSense, the Instagram/Meta APIs, email providers) in a way that violates their own terms. We may suspend or terminate a license for a material breach of this section.
8. Third-party services
Certain features connect to services we do not operate. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, policies, approval decisions, or acts or omissions. See also our Disclaimer.
9. Availability and support
We aim to keep license verification and any server-hosted features available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Support is provided through the channel stated at the time of purchase.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its source code, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR LEVEL OF TRAFFIC, SALES, INCOME, OR RESULTS FROM USING THE SERVICE. See our Disclaimer for more.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or fraud. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
