Bio Hub Fair Usage Policy
This Fair Usage Policy supplements our Terms of Service and sets out what "acceptable use" of Bio Hub actually means, so an account isn't suspended for a rule nobody wrote down. It applies to every plan tier — Basic, Starter, Pro, Pro+, Agency, and Reseller.
1. Content you publish
You may not use Bio Hub to publish or link to content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours, infringes someone else's intellectual property, contains malware or phishing, or is intended to deceive visitors (fake storefronts, impersonation of another person or brand, counterfeit goods). Adult or sexually explicit content is not supported — several of our payment-gateway and hosting partners prohibit it outright, and enabling it would put every creator on Bio Hub at risk of losing gateway access, not just the one account.
2. Payments and selling
Because you connect your own payment gateway, your relationship with that gateway (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, or another) is governed by their own terms, not ours — but using Bio Hub to facilitate fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse, or the sale of goods/services prohibited by your connected gateway's own policies is a violation of this policy regardless of what the gateway itself catches.
3. Fair use of shared infrastructure
Every plan has real, published limits (page count, link count, storage, and similar) — see your plan's details on the Plans page. "Fair use" here means not attempting to circumvent those limits through automation, scripting, or multiple accounts used as one, and not using the platform's shared infrastructure (analytics endpoints, click-tracking routes, capture-form submission, the render pipeline) in a way that degrades service for other creators — for example, scraping, load-testing against production, or excessive automated polling outside normal page-builder and page-view usage.
4. Reseller and Agency accounts
Reseller licenses sold via affiliate link, and Reseller licenses that let you sell and collect payment directly, are both subject to the same content and payment rules above for every sub-account you create or manage — you are responsible for your clients' or resold customers' compliance with this policy, the same way we are responsible for yours.
5. What happens if this policy is violated
Depending on severity, we may warn, temporarily suspend publishing, or terminate an account for a violation of this policy — consistent with the account-suspension terms in our Terms of Service. Where practical we will tell you what triggered the action and give you a chance to fix it before permanent termination, except where immediate action is needed to protect other creators, visitors, or our payment/hosting partners.
6. Reporting a violation

7. Governing law
This Fair Usage Policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, consistent with our Terms of Service.
