This Disclaimer supplements our Terms of Service and applies to LynkTrails, LynkTrails Bio Hub, our website, and any marketing materials, sales pages, or affiliate promotions for the Service — including those run by affiliates on JVZoo, LaunchpadJV, or elsewhere.
1. No income or results guarantee
Any figures, examples, testimonials, or case studies referencing sales, revenue, traffic, or growth are individual results, not typical results, and not a guarantee of what you will achieve. Your results depend on factors we don't control, including your own effort, niche, audience, pricing, marketing, and market conditions.
2. "Bring your own account" features are not guaranteed to be approved
Google AdSense monetization requires your own AdSense account and, depending on hosting mode, that Google's ads.txt requirements are satisfied for the domain serving the ad. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, Google's approval or continued approval of your AdSense account or ads.
Payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, and others) require your own merchant account, subject to their own approval, compliance, and policy decisions.
Instagram/Meta DM automation requires your own connected account and is subject to Meta's platform policies and rate limits, which can change without notice.
Email service providers you connect are governed by their own terms and approval processes.
We are not responsible for a third party declining, suspending, or revoking your access to their own service, even where that affects a feature of the Service that depends on it.

Nothing in the Service, our documentation, or our marketing constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Any legal-page templates or guidance the Service may help you generate for your own bio pages are starting points, not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in your own jurisdiction. Bio pages, embeds, and links created using the Service may point to or display third-party content that we do not control, host, or endorse, and are not responsible for.
5. Competitor comparisons
Any comparison to other products or services in our marketing reflects our own opinion of feature differences at the time of writing and is not independently verified by, or endorsed by, the compared product. Product names of others referenced are trademarks of their respective owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
6. Affiliate disclosure
