Bio Hub builds and stores your pages here, but your plan lives on the LynkTrails server — that's what decides which features are unlocked.
LYNK-XXXX-XXXX) from your purchase email. You do not normally need to type a server URL — the plugin knows it. Locked features stay visible with a 🔒 so you can see what an upgrade adds.
Save and Publish are different. Save stores your work privately; Publish makes it live. Editing a published page never changes the live version until you publish again.
Your page lives at yoursite.com/bio/your-slug. Use Copy link on the page row, or the QR code for print and packaging.
You can change the slug any time in the studio's Settings tab — the old address stops working immediately, so update it wherever you've shared it.
Under Groups, create a named folder (e.g. "Social") and assign blocks to it — a labelled header appears above their links. A group has no drag handle of its own; it follows its topmost assigned link.
Every block's ⚙ drawer holds description/kicker typography, card style, featured highlight, thumbnail, schedule, lock, animation, and per-block Advanced CSS (target it with #lt-b-{key}).
Above and below your links you can add non-button sections: an eyebrow, headline, note, divider, stats row ("500+|Happy clients"), CTA strip, brand block, or nav bar — this is what makes a page look designed rather than a list of buttons.
If a layout looks like it did nothing, check your plan — several premium layouts fall back to a simple stack without the right tier.
In the studio's Design tab: colours and gradient stops (up to seven), fonts, button styles, link radius/gap, content width, avatar shape/size/border, logo, page borders, glass/glow/shadow effects, background image or video, and page-level custom CSS. Typography is per-element — a block's title, description and kicker each get their own font, size, colour, weight and alignment.
44 templates across every niche, each with a real layout, its own copy, and a written description under every button. Always preview first — it renders the actual page. Use this template replaces your blocks; Colours only keeps your blocks and changes just the look.
External link — the button opens your existing store or checkout; we take nothing and handle nothing.
Built-in checkout — the buyer pays through your own Stripe or PayPal, connected in Settings. The money goes directly to you — 0% commission.
Enter your Stripe secret key and/or PayPal client ID + secret in Settings → Payments, then pick a default gateway. In a Product/Paid block's drawer, set delivery to an unlock link, a file, or a themed message — and optionally add the buyer to your email list or show an upsell after purchase.
Connect your own Google AdSense account under Settings → Ads and keep 100% of what Google pays you. Needs an AdSense account already approved by Google — Bio Hub only connects to it. Ads never render in the builder preview by design; check the live published page.
Add an Email/Phone capture block. Everything collected appears under Bio Hub → Subscribers, exportable as CSV.
Bio Hub → Integrations connects Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Kit, Brevo, MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, GetResponse, Mailjet, SendGrid, Google Sheets or any webhook (Zapier, Make) — connect several at once, one failing doesn't stop the others.
Turns a Link block into an engagement trigger: clicking it sends an automatic DM from your connected Instagram account. Connect Instagram under Integrations once, then switch on Auto-message on click in that block's drawer — with optional new-follower-only, once-per-24h, and daily-limit rules.
Stripe, PayPal and most gateways require a published Terms, Privacy and Refund policy before they'll approve — or keep — a merchant account. Collecting emails needs a privacy notice too.
In the studio's Legal tab, switch on the documents you need, press Use template on each, edit the parts in {{braces}}, then Publish. They appear at /bio/your-slug/terms, /privacy, /refund and /contact, in your page's own theme, and link automatically in the footer.
Bio Hub → Analytics shows page views, clicks per link, click-through rate, and — with the right plan — unique visitors, countries, cities, devices and traffic sources. Automated traffic (bots, link previews, uptime monitors) is counted and excluded separately.
Visitor IP addresses are recorded so you can spot repeat visitors and investigate abuse. In the UK/EU an IP counts as personal data — say so in your privacy policy (the built-in template already does). You can switch to network-only storage, or erase a specific visitor's data, under Analytics.
By default: your own domain, no extra setup. With the right plan you can use a custom domain, or host on the LynkTrails domain instead — both set in the studio's Settings tab.
Every page has a QR code for print and packaging, plus a share menu for WhatsApp/X/Facebook/email. ↻ Republish all on the pages list rebuilds the live copy of every published page after a restore or design update — your content isn't touched, only the published copy refreshes.
On plans that include Agency, Bio Hub → Agency lets you add clients, assign each a plan, set access levels, manage your team and message clients directly.
Reseller plans can issue Bio Hub licenses to your own customers, set custom pricing, and track commissions/payouts under Bio Hub → Reseller. Each license uses one token from your pool.
Your plan decides. The pages list shows "X of Y used" — at the limit, the New Bio Page button disappears.
No. Buyers pay through your own Stripe or PayPal account, so the money goes directly to you.
Save stores your work privately. Publish makes it live. Editing a published page never changes the live version until you publish again.
Yes. Live pages keep serving. Premium styling reverts and you can't publish new changes until it's renewed — we withhold the service, we don't take your site down.
Yes, on a plan that includes custom domains — set it in the studio's Settings tab.
Yes — every theme and layout is designed mobile-first, which is where nearly all bio-page traffic comes from.
Yes — use a Product or Paid block with built-in checkout, and set delivery to File.
Yes — set a schedule start and end in the block drawer, it appears and disappears on its own.
Three causes, in order of likelihood: (1) the page is saved but never published — open it and press Publish; (2) permalinks need refreshing — go to Settings → Permalinks and press Save without changing anything; (3) the slug was changed and you're using the old address.
You saved but didn't publish — Save is private, Publish is live. If you did publish, your browser or a caching plugin may be serving the old copy — hard-refresh with Ctrl+Shift+R and clear any cache plugin.
Publish again — the live page is a copy captured at publish time. To refresh every page at once, use ↻ Republish all.
Your host is blocking the connection. The plugin automatically retries a different route — press Connect once more. If it persists, ask your host whether /wp-json/ is blocked.
Entitlements are cached for about ten minutes. Open Settings and press Connect/Activate to re-check immediately.
Nearly always a cached script from a previous version — hard-refresh with Ctrl+Shift+R or open the page in a private window.
The block has neither a URL nor a configured checkout — open its drawer and set an external link, or choose built-in checkout with a price and a connected gateway.
The block has no delivery configured — in its drawer, set Deliver to an unlock link, a file, or a message.
